De Baas Boards Snijplank - XXL - 65 x 40 cm is een handgemaakte snijplank van massief eikenhout van Baas Boards. Elke plank wordt met de hand gemaakt, waardoor de nerf en structuur van stuk tot stuk uniek zijn. De plank is geschikt voor het snijden van brood, groenten, fruit, vis en vlees, maar ook voor de grotere stukken vlees rechtstreeks van de BBQ of kamado.

Onderhoudstips

De sapgoot langs de rand vangt vocht op en heeft een ruim hoekvlak, waardoor hij eenvoudig te reinigen is. De plank mag niet in de vaatwasser — dit kan de plank laten kromtrekken of scheuren. Veeg de plank af met een vochtige, pluisvrije doek en spoel indien nodig af met water zonder zeep. Laat hem daarna rechtop drogen, bij voorkeur op een plankensteun. Behandel de plank regelmatig met onderhoudsolie of -wax om hem in topconditie te houden.

De plank wordt in de fabriek al voorzien van twee lagen onderhoudsolie, maar blijft na verloop van tijd het mooist met periodiek onderhoud. Twijfel je over de juiste maat bij jouw keuken of BBQ-sessies? Neem contact op.
