Our story

The web shop
Boender Outdoor started in 2022 as a garden furniture web shop, founded by Gian Boender in Rotterdam. From the web shop and the software behind it to customer service: everything done in-house.

Hands-on knowledge
In those years we got to know the market from the inside: which materials stand up to the weather, which brands keep their promises and what to look for before buying a lounge set or barbecue. We wrote that knowledge down in hundreds of buying guides and care tips.

Independent garden advice
Today we no longer sell products ourselves. Boender Outdoor is an independent garden advice platform: we compare, advise and point you to the shop where you can best buy the product.
How we work
You never buy from us, but from the shop of your choice. Delivery, payment, returns and warranty are arranged with that shop. We make sure you know what you are buying.

Transparent
If you buy through a link on our site, we sometimes receive a small commission. You pay nothing extra, and it does not affect our judgement.
