Using a Discount Code
A discount code entitles you to a discount on your purchase — as a percentage or a fixed amount. Here's how to use one and what to watch out for.
How does a discount code work?
A discount code can apply to, for example:
- Specific products
- A particular product category
- Your entire cart total
Pay close attention to the code's conditions, such as a minimum order value or an expiry date.
Newsletter discount code
When you sign up for our newsletter, you'll receive a personal discount code for your first order. This lets you benefit right away when shopping our range.
Please note: the newsletter discount code isn't valid on products that are already on sale. The discount only applies to products at the regular price.
How do I use a discount code?
- Add your favourite products to your cart.
- Open your cart via the icon in the top right.
- Enter your discount code exactly as you received it, in the field provided.
- Click "Apply" — the discount is automatically deducted from your total.
- Check your order and check out safely.
Frequently asked questions
My discount code isn't working. What now?
- Check that you entered the code correctly (watch out for capital letters and punctuation).
- Check that the code is still valid.
- Check whether the discount code applies to the products in your cart.
- Check whether the products are already on sale — the newsletter discount doesn't apply to discounted products.
Can I use multiple discount codes?
You can only use one discount code per order at Boender Outdoor.
Can I add a discount code after placing my order?
No, unfortunately it isn't possible to add a discount code after you've placed your order. So always check your cart carefully before checking out.
