Currently not available for Belgium or Germany: we currently only offer full service delivery for delivery addresses within the Netherlands. For deliveries to Belgium or Germany, you can still order as normal — you'll just unpack and assemble it yourself.

Especially with large garden sets, lounge sets and garden benches, assembly is often more work than you'd expect beforehand. Here's how full service delivery works for orders delivered within the Netherlands:

Free from €1,000,-. Below that, €75,- (large parcels) or €6.95 (small parcels).

Please note: full service is available for orders containing larger garden furniture (such as garden sets, lounge sets and garden benches). For orders with only small items, you won't see this option at checkout, since assembly isn't needed there. Full service is also only available for delivery addresses within the Netherlands — we can't (yet) offer this service for deliveries to Belgium or Germany.
Good to know
- Accessibility — make sure the route to the garden is clear. Watch out for narrow passages, alleys, stairs and roof terraces.
- No custom work — assembly consists of building the product as delivered. Adjustments or custom work are not included.
- Same day — we deliver and assemble on the agreed delivery date, so you can enjoy your garden straight away.
- Wadden Islands and campsites — unfortunately we don't deliver there, not even with full service.

What is full service delivery?
With full service delivery, we don't just deliver your order to your home — we unpack everything, assemble the garden furniture in the desired spot and take all packaging material back with us. All you have to do is sit down and enjoy.
What does full service delivery cost?
For delivery addresses in the Netherlands, full service delivery (delivery, unpacking and assembly) costs €225,- per order. For deliveries to Belgium or Germany, we unfortunately don't offer this service yet.
Which products is full service available for?
For orders delivered within the Netherlands, full service is mainly intended for larger garden furniture such as garden sets, lounge sets, garden benches and garden tables, which require assembly. For orders with only small items, this option isn't needed.
Can I also unpack and assemble it myself?
Of course, that's always possible. With standard delivery, we deliver your order up to the first threshold (ground floor) and you unpack and assemble it yourself. Standard delivery is free from €1,000,-; below that we charge delivery costs.
Is assembly on the same day as delivery?
Yes, with full service we deliver and assemble on the same agreed day (only for delivery addresses within the Netherlands). That way you don't need to schedule a separate moment for assembly.
Why don't you offer full service for Belgium or Germany?
We currently only carry out full service delivery for delivery addresses within the Netherlands. We hope to be able to offer this service for Belgium and Germany in the future too. Until then, your order is delivered as normal — you'll just unpack and assemble it yourself.
