At Boender Outdoor Garden Furniture, you benefit from at least 1 year warranty on all products. Even after this warranty expires, we remain available to help.
What is covered by the warranty?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects that occur during normal use. This includes:
- Welds or joints that come apart
- Frame rusting during normal use
- Material breaking without proven misuse
- Paint discolouration or peeling during normal use
What is not covered by the warranty?
- Normal wear and tear from use
- Damage caused by misuse or accidents
- Weather damage due to insufficient maintenance
- Cushion fabric discolouration or ageing, normal for outdoor use
- Damage caused by use of unsuitable cleaning products
Warranty per brand
Some brands offer an extended warranty beyond the statutory minimum period. Here's an overview:

How to make a warranty claim?
Found a defect or have a complaint? Follow these steps:
- Take clear photos (or a short video) of the defect.
- Send them with your order number to info@boenderoutdoor.nl.
- We'll review your report and respond within 2 business days.
Depending on the situation, we'll resolve the issue by repair, replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund.
