Cast iron Dutch oven with thick walls and a tight-fitting lid, designed for cooking stews, roasts, pizzas or desserts over an outdoor fire. As cast iron retains and conducts heat well, your dishes cook slowly and evenly. The lid has an raised rim that can take embers, so you can control the heat from above and below separately.
