Do I need to be home for delivery?

Yes, without assembly we deliver up to the first threshold (ground floor) and ask for two signatures on receipt of the goods. Not home? Our drivers (after calling you) will leave a note in your letterbox with the time and how to arrange a new appointment. Don't respond within 48 hours and we'll get in touch with you ourselves.
