Free delivery

At Boender Outdoor, most products are delivered free of charge to your home address in the Netherlands. For deliveries to Belgium and Germany, shipping costs may apply. These are always clearly shown before checkout.

Delivery times

Most products are delivered within 2–5 business days after order confirmation. For special orders or products from certain brands, a longer delivery time may apply (typically 5–6 weeks). We will always inform you as quickly as possible of the expected delivery date.

Large items

Garden furniture is usually delivered by a freight carrier. The driver will leave your order at the door or in an accessible area. For assembly at home, please contact us in advance.

Track your order

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you have not received anything within 3 business days, please contact us.
