Olefin cushions — durable comfort for outdoors
The cushions of this garden set are upholstered with Olefin, one of the highest quality outdoor fabrics available. Olefin — also known as polypropylene fabric — has been specially developed for outdoor use and offers excellent properties:
- UV-resistant: the fabric does not fade from prolonged exposure to sunlight
- Water-repellent: rainwater runs off the cushion easily
- Stain-resistant: easy to clean with lukewarm water and a soft cloth
- Mildew-resistant: does not develop mould or mildew, even in damp conditions
- Colour-fast: the colour remains fresh and bright season after season
- Pleasantly soft: despite its robust properties, Olefin feels comfortable
Thanks to the Olefin upholstery, you can leave the cushions outside all season long. For the longest lifespan, we recommend storing them indoors during prolonged bad weather or over winter.
Care tips
Wipe the aluminium frame with a soft cloth and lukewarm soapy water. Rinse with clean water and allow to dry thoroughly. Clean the Olefin cushions simply with lukewarm water and mild soap — do not use abrasive cleaners. Store everything in a dry place during prolonged bad weather or over winter.

No, aluminium does not rust. The material may oxidise slightly, but this does not damage the surface or affect its strength. Aluminium garden furniture will last for many years.
How do I maintain aluminium garden furniture?
Aluminium is virtually maintenance-free. Clean the furniture with a damp cloth and mild soapy water, rinse with clean water and allow to dry. Do not use abrasive products or hard brushes.
