With four wheels and pedals that work independently of the handlebar, you ride this skelter without your feet shifting when you steer. Thanks to the EVA tyres, you can use it indoors and outdoors, and rain won't stop you. Because the pedals don't move with the steering, the energy from your legs goes straight into forward motion.
