Can I exchange a product for a different model or colour?
Yes, that's possible. Here's how an exchange works:
Step 1: Contact us with your preference
Email info@boenderoutdoor.nl with your order number and the model or colour you'd like instead.
Step 2: We discuss the options
We'll let you know whether the desired product is available and what the price difference (if any) will be. For exchanges we charge €49.00 in administration and transport costs.
Step 3: Return and new delivery are scheduled
Once you've confirmed, we'll arrange collection of the original product and schedule delivery of the new one.
