How much time do I have to return a purchase?

As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. Please notify us in writing via info@boenderoutdoor.nl. After your notification you have another 14 days to return the product. Return costs are at your own expense unless otherwise agreed. Please note: if the value of the product has decreased due to use beyond what is necessary to assess it, we may deduct a portion of the purchase price.
