Napoleon Wood Chips Cherry
These Napoleon cherry wood chips add a smoked flavour to whatever you cook on the barbecue, as the smoke gradually penetrates the food. You soak the chips in water for 30 minutes first, then scatter them over the charcoal. On a gas barbecue they can also be used, provided you place them in the Napoleon smoker tube or a charcoal insert.
