The cloth is made of durable HDPE material (285 g/m²) that filters up to 95% of harmful UV radiation. Its open structure creates an airy and spacious feel while allowing wind and water to pass through easily. Thanks to the backward-tilting construction and 360-degree rotating base, you can always position the parasol optimally in relation to the sun. The material requires little maintenance, is weather-resistant, and comes with a five-year warranty on the fabric.
Maintenance tips
Clean the shade cloth with lukewarm water and a soft brush. Let it dry thoroughly before storing or covering it. In winter, use a protective cover to extend the life of the parasol.

How heavy should a parasol base be?
As a rule of thumb, allow at least 10 kg per metre of pole length. A 3-metre parasol therefore needs a base of at least 30 kg. For cantilever parasols an even heavier base is recommended.
