This cantilever parasol features a strong woven HDPE cloth (285 g/m²) that blocks up to 95% of harmful UV radiation. The cloth’s open structure creates a pleasant sense of spaciousness and also allows water and wind to pass through. The parasol can be tilted backwards and has a 360-degree rotating base, allowing you to direct the shade perfectly at all times. Maintenance tips

Preferably, yes. Close the parasol, let the canopy dry completely and store it somewhere dry and frost-free, or use a parasol cover. This prevents mould and keeps the canopy looking good for longer.
What is the difference between a cantilever and a centre-pole parasol?
A cantilever parasol has its pole to the side, so there is no pole in the middle – ideal over a lounge set. A centre-pole parasol has the pole in the middle, is cheaper and fits through the hole of a garden table.
How heavy should a parasol base be?
As a rule of thumb, allow at least 10 kg per metre of pole length. A 3-metre parasol therefore needs a base of at least 30 kg. For cantilever parasols an even heavier base is recommended.
Are Platinum parasols good quality?
