Features

The HDPE shade fabric (285 g/m²) filters out up to 95% of harmful UV radiation and creates a pleasant shaded area without the stuffy feeling of an enclosed fabric. Thanks to its open structure, the fabric allows water and wind to pass through. The parasol can be tilted backwards and features a 360-degree rotating base, allowing you to easily turn it with the sun. The design can withstand various weather conditions and requires little maintenance. In addition, Nesling provides an impressive five-year warranty on the fabric.

Maintenance tips

Clean the fabric with lukewarm water and a soft brush. Always let it dry thoroughly before storing or covering it. Use a protective cover in winter for extra protection.

Order before 17:00? We ship the same business day. Expected delivery: 2–4 business days.
Choose "Delivery and assembly" (€225,-) at checkout and we will carefully deliver your order to your home — into the garden. We assemble the garden furniture and take all packaging material back with us.
Almost all items can be returned within 30 days. After registering, you have 14 more days to actually return the products. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging where reasonably possible. Return by post: €9.95. Collection (for large items): €99,-. Drop off in Rotterdam yourself: free.

How heavy should a parasol base be?

As a rule of thumb, allow at least 10 kg per metre of pole length. A 3-metre parasol therefore needs a base of at least 30 kg. For cantilever parasols an even heavier base is recommended.

Are Platinum parasols good quality?

Platinum is a specialist parasol and garden furniture brand with robust aluminium or stainless steel frames and premium fabrics in Spuncrylic or Solefin. These are UV-resistant (UPF 50+), water-repellent and colour-fast.
