Weber Gourmet Sear Grate Grill Grate

For anyone who wants to grill steaks and other meat with professional diamond-shaped sear marks, this grate is a suitable accessory. It is designed for use at high direct heat, which helps keep the meat juices and therefore the flavour in the meat. It fits the Weber Gourmet BBQ System grill grate and stays in place while you cook.

• Cast iron base with a porcelain enamel coating, so food is less likely to stick
• Diameter of 30 cm, giving enough room for large cuts of meat such as a T-bone
• Round model in black with a height of 1.27 cm
• Metal construction, supplied as one piece per pack

Suitable for: steaks and other meat cooked at high direct heat, and use alongside the Gourmet BBQ System grill grate.
