Weber Style (CWS) Poultry Holder

This poultry roaster lets you cook chicken on the barbecue, with steam from the liquid in the built-in cup flavouring the meat. The tray catches the juices, which you can brush over the bird or use to make soups and gravy. Finished in grey, it comes with a lid that keeps the steam inside.

• Grey ceramic body with non-stick coating
• 25 cm wide and 25 cm long
• Built-in cup for juice, wine, beer or herbs
• Lid included to keep steam inside
• Dishwasher safe for easy cleaning

Suitable for: poultry on the barbecue, such as chicken on a beer can, and potatoes or vegetables cooked in the tray.
