With this ceramic stone you create a direct and an indirect zone in your Big Green Egg, so you can cook, bake and grill at the same time. It is made from Big Green Egg's own ceramic and gives an extra cooking zone when you use only one half. This way you can prepare meat without the edges burning as quickly, a known risk with the convEGGtor.
