Big Green Egg Smoking Chips Apple
These apple wood chips add a pure, natural smoky flavour when you smoke and barbecue on your Big Green Egg. You decide how intense the aroma becomes: scatter the chips dry onto the coals for a lighter taste, or soak them for around 30 minutes in water, wine or another seasoned liquid for a stronger smoke. This lets you adjust the smoke level for each dish.
