With this half-moon ceramic stone you create a direct and an indirect zone inside the Big Green Egg, so you can cook, bake and grill at the same time. Using two stones side by side gives you a larger cooking surface and reduces the risk of meat burning at the edges. The stone is made from the specific ceramic that Big Green Egg uses itself.
