Sintered stone and teak

Sintered stone is a slab of compressed mineral raw materials. It is hard, scratch-resistant and can withstand sun, frost and stains, but the top is heavy. Teak is a warm hardwood that turns silver-grey outdoors if you do not treat it. Many Apple Bee tables combine such a top with an aluminium frame. Also compare the teak garden tables.

Rope or upholstered?

With a rope lounge set, the back and armrests are woven from plastic cord; this dries quickly and can stay outside. Upholstered sets are covered in outdoor fabric and feel softer, but they need more care: keep them dry and use a cover. How much space do you need?

Large corner sets from Apple Bee are sometimes more than three metres long on both sides. Therefore measure the spot and keep space free around it so you can walk. For a dining garden set, allow about 60 cm of table width per person and at least 70 cm behind each chair to stand up. A round table of 140 to 160 cm seats four to six people.
