Placed on top of your stainless steel grate, this cast iron half moon griddle extends your barbecue's cooking surface without removing the original grate. It covers only half of the grill grate, leaving the other half free for grilling, frying or roasting. You can prepare several dishes at once on one barbecue, while the cast iron ensures an even heat distribution.
