Can I cancel my order?
Cancelling is possible as long as your order hasn't been processed yet. This isn't done automatically via the website, but through our customer service. Here's how it works:
Step 1: Find your order number
You'll find your order number in the order confirmation email you received after checking out.
Step 2: Get in touch with us
Email info@boenderoutdoor.nl or call +31 10 321 6938 — the sooner you contact us, the better the chance cancellation is still possible.
- Mention your order number and that you'd like to cancel.
Step 3: We confirm the cancellation
Hasn't your order been processed yet? Then we'll confirm the cancellation and refund the amount paid. For pre-order products, cancellation is usually possible up until the expected delivery week.
