Can I still change my order?
A change (for example a different address, quantity or product) also goes through our customer service, not through the website itself. Here's how it works:
Step 1: Contact us as soon as possible
Email info@boenderoutdoor.nl or call +31 10 321 6938, with your order number.
Step 2: Let us know what you'd like to change
For example your delivery address, the quantity of products, or a different product or colour.
Step 3: We update the order
As long as your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll make the change for you. Already being processed? A change isn't always possible anymore, but we always try to help.
