I'm ordering for the first time. How does it work?
Welcome! Here's a step-by-step guide to ordering at Boender Outdoor, from product to confirmation.
Step 1: Add the product to your cart
Go to the product you want to order and click the "Add to cart" button.
- The cart panel opens automatically on the right of the screen, showing your product, price and quantity.
- Want to add more products? Keep shopping and repeat this step.
Step 2: Review your cart
In the cart panel (or via the bag icon in the top right), click "Checkout" once you're ready.
- Adjust the quantity here if needed using the − and + buttons.
- Have a discount code? Enter it under "Discount code" and click "Apply".
Step 3: Fill in your details and pay
You'll arrive on the secure checkout page. Everything is on a single page here: contact details, shipping address, delivery method and payment method.
- First enter your email address and choose a delivery method: Ship or Pickup.
- Then fill in your shipping address: first name, last name, address, postal code, city and phone number.
- Choose the delivery option you want under "Shipping".
- At the top of the payment section you may see quick buttons like PayPal or Shop Pay — these are shortcuts, not the only option. Scroll down for all other payment methods, such as iDEAL, credit card, Klarna and more.
- Complete the payment to place your order.
Step 4: Receive your confirmation
As soon as the payment has been received, we'll send you an order confirmation by email straight away. After that, we'll keep you updated on the final delivery date.
