Höfats Bowl Sear Grate 70

This set adds a second cooking level to your BOWL 70, where you can sear meat vigorously above the open fire, keep dishes warm or cook them gently at a low temperature. The cast iron grate and warming ring sit directly above the flames and together form an extension of the plancha ring. Use it outdoors only, never under a canopy, parasol or roof.

• Solid cast iron grate with high quality enamel coating
• Holder ring of solid cast iron with bars of high quality stainless steel
• Height-adjustable holder with four positions for heat control
• Warming ring that adds 60% more cooking surface on the second level
• Solid cast iron lifting tool for placing and removing the grate

Suitable for: searing meat, keeping dishes warm, gentle cooking at low temperatures and using a wok or iron pan on the holder ring.
