How do I clean PE rattan?
Clean PE rattan with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning product. Use a soft brush to remove dirt from the weave. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow to air-dry.
How heavy should a parasol base be?
As a rule of thumb, allow at least 10 kg per metre of pole length. A 3-metre parasol therefore needs a base of at least 30 kg. For cantilever parasols an even heavier base is recommended.
