Napoleon Wood Chips Brandy

Napoleon oak wood chips give food a pleasant smoky flavour, as the smoke seeps into the food during barbecuing. You first soak them in water for 30 minutes, then scatter them over the charcoal. For a gas barbecue, you can also use them in the Napoleon stainless steel smoker tube or in a charcoal insert tray.
