With this beech smoking wood you give your dishes in a smoker oven or charcoal barbecue a subtle smoky flavour that you can control and repeat whenever you like. Beech is a neutral wood, so the natural taste of the food remains clearly recognisable and the wood suits every type of food. Before use, soak the chips for a few hours in water and let them drain, then throw them straight onto the glowing charcoal of your barbecue or smoker.
