Our service
At Boender Outdoor we stand for quality and customer satisfaction. Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return the product within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return costs
Return costs depend on the method chosen:
- Return by post: €9.95
- Collection by our delivery service: €99.00 (for large items such as lounge sets, garden sets and parasols)
- Drop off yourself: Free – bring the product back to our address in Rotterdam
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. Please notify us in writing via info@boenderoutdoor.nl. After your notification you have another 14 days to return the product. Return costs are at your own expense unless otherwise agreed.
Please note: if the value of the product has decreased due to use beyond what is necessary to assess it, we may deduct a portion of the purchase price.
Warranty on defects
All our products carry a minimum 2-year warranty. Received a defective product? We will resolve it as quickly as possible:
- Repair of the product
- Replacement with a new or equivalent product
- Refund of the purchase amount
Always send clear photos so we can help you quickly.
Exchanges
Would you like to exchange a product for a different model or colour? Please contact us via info@boenderoutdoor.nl so we can discuss the options. For exchanges we charge €49.00 in administration and transport costs.
Registering a return
Would you like to return a product? Please register this first via info@boenderoutdoor.nl. Include your order number and the reason for return. We will then contact you about the further procedure.
