With these cedar smoking planks, made without additives, you give fish, meat and vegetables a smoky flavour on the barbecue. According to the manufacturer, cedar is one of the most fragrant timbers, and its aroma passes into the dish you place on it, giving it a special taste. The pack contains three planks that you can use one at a time, and the wood heats slowly on the barbecue before it releases smoke.
