The Bastard Stone Half Moon Medium
With this half-moon stone you split the kamado into separate zones, giving you a direct heat zone and an indirect one to keep meat away from the fire. It is designed for the Bastard Medium, where it sits in the Multi-level-Cooking-System, and for the platesetter of older Bastard models. This accessory therefore only suits these models, which is worth checking before you buy.
- Shape: half-round, dimensions 30 x 15 x 1.5 cm
- Material: cordierite with a black coating
- Coating that cleans easily with a stiff brush
- Use in the Multi-level-Cooking-System of The Bastard Medium or in the platesetter of older models
- Colour black, without handle
