Barbecook Smoking Block Oak 700 gram
Use this oak smoking dust to cold smoke meat, fish, vegetables and cheese, with the temperature not rising above 25°C. It is also suitable for hot smoking in a smoking pan, smoking oven or Smoker Box. Sprinkle it over the glowing wood so that the flame goes out and the smoke begins.
