Big Green Egg Half ConvEGGtor Stone Medium
This half ceramic stone covers half of your grill grate, so you can grill directly over one zone and cook indirectly over the other. You can cook and grill at the same time, for example meat, fish or grilled pineapple for dessert. It also combines with the 1-piece convEGGtor basket as an intermediate layer when you want to cook in two zones.
