The Bastard Pizza Stone - Medium
This round pizza stone is designed for baking pizzas on The Bastard Medium, so you can make an Italian pizza at home. It is made from special cordierite ceramic and fired at a very high temperature. For indirect cooking, use it together with the Bastard Plate Setter (Heat Deflector), which prevents the stone from becoming too hot and the pizza from burning.
