Maintenance Tips

Clean the grill grate after each session with a grill brush. Remove ash via the ash drawer once the kamado has cooled down. The ceramic is weather-resistant but is best protected with the supplied cover during prolonged storage or heavy rainfall. Occasionally oil cast iron parts to prevent rust formation.
