Maintenance tips

Clean the grate after each session with a grill brush. Remove ash via the ash drawer once the kamado has cooled. The ceramic is weather-resistant but is best protected with the included cover during extended storage or heavy rain. Occasionally oil cast iron parts to prevent rust formation.
