Maintenance tips

Clean the grill grate after each session with a grill brush. Remove ash via the ash tray once the kamado has cooled down. The ceramic is weather-resistant but is best protected by the supplied cover during prolonged storage or heavy rain. Occasionally oil cast-iron parts to prevent rust formation.
