Product information
The Bastard Cold Smoker Generator Kit
With this Cold Smoke Generator Kit you turn your kamado into a smoke oven in which you can smoke raw products without cooking them. A tealight placed at the start of the smoke tray slowly keeps the material smouldering, so meat or fish gradually takes on smoke. The generator works with smoke pellets and with wood chips, both of which produce smoke for hours.
- Made of metal
- Length of 75 cm
- Lit with a tealight placed at the start of the smoke tray
- Compatible with smoke pellets and wood chips
- Smoke production that can last for hours
Suitable for: cold smoking meat and fish in a kamado, including products you want to smoke without cooking.
