The 12V system: how does it work?

The Garden Lights system consists of three components: a transformer (which converts 230V to 12V DC), connection cables (the Garden Lights Quick-Connector makes connecting really simple) and the fittings themselves. You simply plug the cables into the transformer and the fittings click on. No soldering, no screws, no electrician needed.

One transformer can power multiple lights. Choose a transformer based on the total wattage of all connected lights. Garden Lights offers transformers from 15W to 150W, including smart versions with timer or dimming function.

Installing Garden Lights: do it yourself

Installing Garden Lights is simple thanks to the 12V system:

• Determine the desired positions of the fittings in your garden
• Lay the 12V cable underground or along the edge of your patio
• Click the fittings onto the Quick-Connector on the cable
• Connect the cable to the transformer (indoors or in an outdoor cabinet)
• Plug the transformer into the socket and enjoy your lighting
