One burner, different tops

The idea behind many Cadac barbecues is that you place different tops on one burner: a grill grid, a griddle plate, a plancha, a paella pan or a pizza stone. Cleaning and storage

Let the tops cool down after cooking and clean them with warm water and a soft sponge, especially if they have a non-stick coating. Store the barbecue dry and protect the burner from dirt and insects. A carry bag, which comes with some versions, makes transport easier.
