Divide & Conquer — multi-zone cooking
The Divide & Conquer system splits your kamado's cooking surface into multiple levels and zones. This lets you grill directly on one part while smoking indirectly on another at the same time — ideal when preparing several dishes at once or when you need extra room for a large group. The system is modular: you combine grates, cast iron plates and drip pans in the configuration that suits your dish.
Drip pans and trays
A drip pan catches fat and juices during indirect cooking, preventing flare-ups and making cleaning easier. This is essential especially for long sessions like pulled pork or a rotisserie preparation — without a drip tray, dripping fat can fall straight onto the glowing charcoal and cause flames.
Stands and mobility
A stand with wheels makes your kamado easy to move around the patio, for example to quickly shelter it from rain or bring it closer to the dining table during a gathering.
